| 110% Price Guarantee |

We are committed to offering you the best prices and we value your business, so if you find another site that offers a lower price within 14 days after you placed your order, send us an email at cs@jasperandzoe.com, and we will credit your original payment method or issue you a store credit - your choice - for 110% of the price difference.
Our 110% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
1) You must first purchase on JasperandZoe.com before requesting your Price Guarantee.
2) Special promotions such as rebates and gift certificates are not eligible.
3) The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that is on JasperandZoe.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website.
4) Guarantee applies to websites only, not brick-and-mortar stores.
5) The website must not be an auction site, a discount site (like Overstock.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com or a paid-membership club.
6) Website must be run by a U.S. corporation.
7) Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions and does not include tax.
8) Item must be purchased on JasperandZoe.com to file a claim for 110% Price Guarantee, and the lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 14 days of the JasperandZoe.com order date. The JasperandZoe.com price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
9) If claim is filed for price reduction on JasperandZoe.com within 14 days of order date, refund is 110% of the price difference.
10) There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item per order.
11) Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes. |
